Pizzainno offers delivery services to most urban areas across England. Each store operates within a defined delivery area, and a notification will appear on screen if your address is outside this range. Store operating hours may vary due to local trading restrictions.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued at Pizzainno Watford's sole discretion. If you have a complaint about your order, contact the store directly on the same day as delivery. The store must be allowed to resolve any issues. If the matter is not resolved, please contact our Head Office via the "Contact Us" page.

Payment

The cardholder must present the card used for payment upon receiving the order.

Card payments are secure.

Delivery drivers carry a maximum of £20 in change, and payments must be made in pounds sterling (£).

Cheque payments are not accepted.

By placing an order, you offer to purchase the specified items. Pizzainno reserves the right to refuse your order if necessary.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days if required.

Delivery Times

We strive to provide reliable, on-time delivery. However, unforeseen factors such as weather or traffic conditions may occasionally cause delays. Check with your local store for updated delivery times.

Products

Side orders are subject to availability. Alternatives may be offered for out-of-stock items.

Products may contain nuts or nut derivatives.

While every effort is made to remove bones from chicken and ham, some may remain.

A minimum order value applies and varies by store. You will be notified during checkout if your order is below the minimum threshold (typically £9.99).

Starters, drinks, and desserts are only delivered with a pizza order.

Offers, Promotions, and Discounts

Promotional codes must be entered during checkout and cannot be combined with other offers.
